My name is Chris and I love wine. My goal here is to convey that love through open discussion on wine, so I hope you'll join me by commenting, emailing, etc. I spend a good portion of my time training restaurant staff on wine, so I've heard some interesting comments on aromas, flavours and sensations. I'd like to get that going on this blog.
I live in Salt Lake City, Utah, so a good portion of my posts will involve wine I drink in SLC and Park City. If I can, I'll tie in a favourite pairing or wine list recommendation from the local restaurants.
A key focus will be reviewing/talking about wine without ego, and I think I will be able to achieve this because I kick ass.
